We use PayPal™ - a trusted third party payment provider to ensure your security, and to make sure that none of your financial information is shared with the Reel Fun Film Festival. You can pay using any major credit card, and you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay.

Making A Reservation
Here's how to guarantee spaces at this year's festival:
  1. Click the Start My Reservation button below.
  2. Select the film and/or workshop you'd like to attend.
  3. Once you have selected your film you will be asked to pay a $100 deposit to secure your booking for 2 weeks maximum. You must pay the balance of the booking prior to that deadline. You can pay the deposit using any major credit card via PayPal.
  4. Once the deposit has been paid, you will receive a Reservation ID. Please write this down and use it for any correspondence with RFFF. You will also receive an email confirmation from NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL, CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL FOLDER.
  5. Download the Permission Slips and Concession Pre-Order Forms for your students.
  6. When you are ready to complete the reservation, click the link in the confirmation email you will have recieved, or click here to view your reservation and enter the final number ofstudents.
  7. The final cost is then calculated, and if a balance is owed, you will be able to pay the balance using a credit card via PayPal.
  8. You will receive email confirmation of the final reservation
  9. Prior to attending the festival, collect all the information for the concession pre-orders and submit the information online.
  10. Contact Southland (403) 287-1335 to book your bus for the festival. Please mention you are going to the Reel Fun Film Festival in order to guarantee our special rate and availability.
  11. On the day of the screening, please bring along:
    • The Confirmation Email for the Booking
    • Cheque made out to "Reel Fun Film Festival" for the concession pre-orders.
    • Individual student concession pre-order forms

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why do I have to pay a deposit to hold my place?
A: Beacuse of the high demand and limited seating of the screenings and workshops, we feel that it's important for you to know that your places are secured ahead of time.
Q: Why are you using PayPal to do this instead of cheques or cash?
A: There are a number of reasons. PayPal is a secure, trusted third party resource that has the ability to accept payments from all of the major credit cards. If you have a PayPal account, you can also pay that way. By using PayPal you can guarentee your reservation immediately, and you can take advantage of collecting any AirMiles or other points attached to your credit card.
Q: Do I have to create a PayPal account in order to pay with my credit card?
A: Absolutely not. When you click the Pay Now button, you will see a link on the right hand side that says "Don't have a PayPal Account?". When you click on this link you will see a standard form where you can fill in your credit card details as a Guest.
Q: Does the Reel Fun Film Festival have any access to my financial data?
A: Absolutely not. When you click the Pay Now button, you are taken to a secure PayPal site to complete the transaction. The Reel Fun Film Festival only recieves notification when a payment has been sucessfully made, and that notification does not contain any credit card, or other financial data .
Q: What if I have to cancel my reservation?
A: If you use PayPal to pay for the deposit, a refund will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account that you used to make the deposit.
Q: What happens to my deposit when I pay for my screening and/or workshop?
A: Once you have confirmed your booking (in Step 6), by telling us the exact number of students and concession vouchers that you have collected, a final cost for attending will be calculated, and the deposit will be subtracted from that amount. If there is a balance owing, then you pay the balance. If the balance owing is negative, then we will refund that amount to you.
